End-of-Year material submittals must be in clear, front report covers. Make copies for your records, as the submittals will not be returned to the clubs. Please use (as the front page of the submittal) a sheet of paper containing the following information:

If your club is not submitting a Secretary's Book or Treasurer's Book for judging, all the material may be compiled in one folder.
